The aim of the Kanousei practice days are to enable you to refine your NLP expertise, gain invaluable additional training and top tips, practice your NLP skills to ensure excellence in your professional practice and to experience outstanding personal and professional development.
What is involved in the Kanousei NLP Continued Professional and Personal Development Practice Day?
The format of these days starts begins with a general introduction of each member to promote your skills to others, and due to the success of group accountability we also set, and on an ongoing basis, review personal goals to ensure we are all individually on track to achieve success.
The day shifts up a gear as we begin to focus on specific NLP techniques, each session includes a breakdown of why the technique is useful, when to use it, what it is, how to do it and a full demonstration. You will be then given time to practice the technique and receive supervision and feedback.
We have a discussion session where you can bring your burning questions to the table and challenge the trainer to get all the expertise and knowledge you need to create excellence.
The day closes giving you personal development time where you team up with other professionals to utilise your skills to aid you in your personal and professional challenges. Through this, you get to practice your skills as an NLP Professional whilst assisting someone else achieve excellent results, gaining feedback as you do. Equal time is given to each pair member, so that you also get to be the client so that you can achieve your personal goals, overcome any obstacles and motivate you for success for the following month.
We also ensure if you have any other needs you are given the opportunity to discuss these with a mentor. The day concludes with social networking, where you can get to know professionals in your field, skill swap and develop new relationships.
