We would like to nominate Max Watts of Kanousei Ltd for Best Business of the Year as this inspiring and driven lady has an exceptional ability to impart and instil knowledge in others. Both of us booked onto one of her courses having contacted many companies offering similar training and were bowled over by the passion, structure and effort that she put into the course. We saw people flourish and come out of themselves under her patient and positive tuition in a way we had never dreamed possible and have no doubt that Kanousei will excel in everything it does. We have since attended a second course and have benefited enormously from Max’s influence as will many other people over the years to come. We say Kanousei IS the best business 2007!!!
I attended Kanousei’s NLP Practitioner course earlier this year, in order to gain accreditation to become a Life Coach; having already gone through a complete career change myself. The course was run with trainees from all backgrounds with completely different objectives; however, Max ensured that everybody’s aspirations were not only met but exceeded. Max’s professional yet relaxed and approachable style made sure that each and every person was comfortable with each step of the training. Max also gave her time ‘out of hours’ offering 1-1 coaching in any aspect of their lives that individuals wanted to specifically focus on – this was invaluable! I was able to let go of issues I had been clinging onto for too many years. Not only was I able to embark on a new and fabulous career equipped with all the right tools, I was also able to ensure that I had moved forward with any areas of some concern to myself. Since the course my business has gone from strength to strength as I now challenge myself daily and am now well on my way to achieving all the goals that I set myself in Max’s course several months ago! Max also offers ongoing support with all of her ex-trainees which absolutely demonstrates her dedication, commitment and passion for coaching and helping people achieve their dreams.
Max is a fantastic role model for all determined individuals wishing to pursue their dreams. The training she has given me on the NLP practitioner course has motivated me to also start a business, which is in the process of growing into a success. I am grateful to Max not only for the training she has given me but the inspiration of her individual success in business.
Kanousei is run by a young women, whose understanding, care and devotion to the participants on her course is quite remarkable. Her knowledge, application and teaching style is a joy to behold. It transcends both language and culture and makes learning a positive experience for all, independent of their backgrounds. Above all, her honesty shines through in everything she does. A true role model for all young women in business. I can not recommend highly enough that Kanousei win the award of best new business because it is a shining example of the highest quality training company I have come across.
Max shows herself as fully committed to the promotion of human development in all sectors of society. She is a very organised person who has structured her business to respond to a variety of needs on a business and personal basis. She is a fine teacher and promoter of NLP, showing how a person can reach their fullest potential in their physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual dimensions. She offers clients every support as they seek to resolve both business and personal problems. In accompanying people, Max offers clients a post-service support that provides the security that people need in their process of change.
I would like to nominate Max Watts of Kanousei Ltd for Best Business of the Year because her business and her as a businesswoman are intensely fresh, vibrant and creative. I was her customer for a week long course, and I was invigorated and inspired by her as a trainer and a person.
Maxine has developed Kanousei from her own philosophy based on high levels of Integrity, hard work and commitment. These strong character traits combine with a personality that enables her to set and achieve high level goals. Her drive and enthusiasm is clearly visible in all aspects of her work and when matched with a large chunk of business acumen it is not surprising that Kanousei has achieved outstanding results. I have had the pleasure of working alongside Maxine and fully expect her successes will continue in the years ahead and have no hesitation in nominating her for this award.
